Hello/bonjour. I’m Helene, a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) based in Los Angeles.

I specialize in helping couples and CNM relationships move beyond painful communication patterns and recurring conflicts, toward a more sincere, vibrant, and secure bond. I also support expats who are looking for a therapist who understands their lived experience, speaks their language, or who are struggling to adjust and feel a sense of belonging in the U.S.

I am currently accepting clients online throughout California, and in person in West LA.
