About me

When choosing a therapist, it's natural to want to know about their background and experiences, so here’s a little about me.

I was born and raised in France, where I earned a Master’s Degree in Philosophy. My journey took me across continents and countries—from Quebec, to California—where I experienced the joys and challenges of immigration. It is during the pandemic that I decided to shift my career from the tech industry to becoming a therapist. This change came from a profound desire to do something meaningful to me, inspired by my own journey in therapy that has led to lasting positive changes. I went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Palo Alto University and completed my training at the Maple Counseling Center, where I provided therapy for people from various ages and backgrounds.

As an immigrant and multicultural person, I know what it is like to feel different, to have to adapt to a world where you don’t quite fit in. Many of us, regardless of where we're from, can feel out of sync with the norms and expectations of the society we live in. Many of us go through profound changes that can leave us questioning our identity and grieving what we’ve left behind.

My journey has taught me how to navigate these challenges with curiosity and self-compassion, and I bring that same approach to my work with clients. I create a compassionate space to honor both the grief and the growth that comes with change, supporting them as they explore and embrace their evolving identities.
